STORE POLICIES

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Standard Shipping Rates:

  • US orders under $150: $9.99 flat rate
  • US orders $150+: FREE shipping
  • Canada: $29.99 flat rate
  • International: $79.99 flat rate

Expedited Shipping Options:

  • USPS Priority (or comparable): $19.99
  • USPS Overnight Express (or comparable): $39.99 *Please note: Express delivery typically arrives next day but may take up to 2 days. We cannot guarantee next-day delivery. Not all items are available for expedited shipping.

Special Shipping Considerations:

Partner Brand Products: Select items are fulfilled directly by our brand partners and have separate shipping rates that will be displayed at checkout. These items do not qualify for our standard free shipping threshold.

Furniture & Oversized Items: May have additional shipping charges beyond our standard rates. We will contact you if additional charges apply.

Product-Specific Rates: Some items may have different shipping rates as noted on their product description pages.

Processing & Delivery Times:

US Orders: Typically process within 2-4 business days before shipping. Please factor in processing time when selecting your shipping method. For example, 2-3 day shipping means 2-3 days after the 2-4 day processing period.

International Orders: Allow 7 days for processing, plus shipping time. For time-sensitive orders, contact us to discuss expedited processing options.

Important Notes:

  • Orders may arrive in multiple packages as products ship from different warehouses
  • We cannot guarantee item availability but will contact you immediately if items are unavailable
  • For time-sensitive orders, please note your required delivery date in the checkout comments or contact us directly
  • We will contact you if any shipping issues arise

Can I Cancel my Order?

Orders begin processing immediately after checkout and cannot be cancelled once placed.

However, we accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To return an item:

  1. Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
  2. Ship the item back unused with all original tags, packaging, and materials intact
  3. Once received and inspected, we'll issue a store credit for the item total (shipping charges are non-refundable)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How to Request a Return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
  2. Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return
  3. We'll respond promptly with return instructions
  4. Ship your return postmarked within 7 days of receipt

Important: Packages without an RA number will be refused and returned to sender.

Return Credit:

All approved returns receive store credit only - no cash refunds or exceptions.

Your store credit will be the item price minus shipping costs:

  • Clothing & accessories: Minimum $9.99 deduction (or actual shipping cost if higher)
  • Furniture & oversized items: Actual shipping cost deducted

Exchanges:

We process all exchanges as returns with store credit. Here's how it works:

  1. Return your original item following the process above
  2. Receive a store credit code
  3. Place a new order for your replacement item
  4. You pay shipping both ways (return shipping + new order shipping)

Return Conditions:

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Shipped with insurance and tracking (we're not responsible for lost or damaged returns)

Final Sale Items (No Returns or Exchanges):

  • Custom made or made-to-order items
  • Personalized items
  • Sports apparel and accessories
  • Holiday and occasion items (Halloween costumes, birthday items, etc.)
  • Treats and edible items
  • Orders placed with promo or coupon codes


Damaged, Undeliverable & Refused Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately. To process a damage claim, you must provide:

  • Photos of all damaged areas of the item(s)
  • Photos of ALL packaging materials
  • Damage notation on the freight bill receipt (if possible)

Important: We cannot process damage claims without photos and saved packaging materials. Please inspect your order upon delivery and document any damage right away.

Refused Shipments:

If you refuse delivery of your order:

  • A 50% restocking fee will apply
  • You are responsible for all shipping charges (both ways)
  • We are not responsible for tracking, return condition, or receipt of refused packages

Undeliverable Shipments:

If your package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address:

  • A 50% restocking fee will apply
  • You are responsible for all shipping charges
  • We are not responsible for tracking, return condition, or receipt of undeliverable packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid these fees.

Delivery Timeframes:

Shipping times are estimates only. We have no control over carrier delays and cannot guarantee delivery within estimated timeframes. For weather delays, carrier issues, or other shipping questions, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Holiday Return Policy
Gift Items purchased from December 1 through December 24 can be returned for store credit or exchanged by December 31st. All other conditions of our standard return policy apply.


Viewing Orders

To view your order history, track shipments, and manage returns:

  1. Go to our website and click "Account" or "Log In" in the top menu
  2. Log in with the email address you used at checkout
  3. If this is your first time logging in, click "Create Account" and use your order email to set up your password
  4. Once logged in, you can view all past orders, tracking information, and order details
