When Paper Empire needed a showstopping set piece for a storyline about cloned pets and sky-high expectations, Rockstar Puppy delivered in true blockbuster fashion. Director Robert Gillings commissioned us to design and build a one-of-a-kind vault-inspired custom dog house for “Banks,” the cloned pup of characters played by Denise Richards and Robert Davi, with Wesley Snipes also starring in the scene. It was not just a prop, it was a statement piece created to capture attention and deliver unforgettable visuals. The exterior was designed with pure heist film energy, featuring a massive steel vault door, gleaming gold bolts and hardware, and a bold BANKS nameplate crowning the entrance. The inside leaned into sharp satire with money-print bedding, walls styled like safety deposit boxes, and flooring that looked ready for a private banker’s paws. Every detail was created to blend luxury design with playful storytelling. The result was more than just a custom dog house. It was a conversation piece, a stage-stealing set, and a luxury build that fit seamlessly into the high drama of the show.
