This custom Brooklyn brownstone-style dog house was designed and built for the legendary Barbra Streisand, a proud Brooklyn native. Created as a luxurious retreat for her beloved dog Sammy, the design pays homage to the classic architectural charm of her hometown. Barbra, known for her love of numerology, holds a special fondness for the number 24, so we surprised her by incorporating it as the address number in a bold Broadway font. She was genuinely touched (and impressed) that we picked up on this personal detail without being told. Constructed with real kiln-fired brick, custom trim moldings, and a durable EPDM rubber roof, the house is a true-to-scale tribute to an iconic brownstone. To preserve authenticity, the dog door entrance was placed discreetly on the side. The result is a chic, nostalgic mini masterpiece, perfectly befitting of Sammy and his star-studded mom.
