This fabulous dog bow tie is really one of a kind! This puppy bow tie was handmade in the US and features two Velcro straps, so it can connect to any size collar. Velcro is long-lasting and won't fray after cutting. Therefore, your dog collar won't droop and stays in its place. It is unlike the elastic ones that don't retain their shape.
